Hi bloggers! 

I want to write you a brief post about the hashtag that we did over Twitter for few days with #boycottindiana. The reason behind it was sending the loud message to Governor Mike Pence in Indiana for signing the Religion Freedom Restoration Act which was a bad move he made during his term. Angie's List, Apple Inc, and other companies are opposing that bill. Unfortunately it went into a law last Thursday and it was coward for him to sign in private. 

I keep posting #boycottindiana on my Twitter and blow up Mike's twitter with opposing the act he did last Thursday. He claimed that law doesn't mean to discriminate the people beside religion belief which I am not agree with. The bill Gov. Pence passed was selfish and coward. It allows the type of religions such as Christians, Muslim, and Catholic to discriminate us. It could be an counseling session, other important appointment relate to health yet we will get discriminate just because of their belief. For example, if I want to go to my counselor and she/he have a strong belief in their religion and can say - "Sorry, we can't counsel you because you're gay and it's against our belief" which considers as discrimination to our community and we felt offended. It's like going back to the year of 1960's during MLK's times. That's what was the bill all about, not protect the religion belief but it will give them the permission to discriminate us which is not necessary. Often, I asked myself - "What if there is some religion belief that is against Deaf people and we get discriminated also because of that bill?" 

#RFRA does make us angry and frustrated. But we are getting our victory soon eventually. 

Mike, 

We urges you to repeal that law and throw it away. We already have the petition that will collects the signatures that will slap your face and that will shows you that we DO not allows discriminating in your state or anywhere. I'm glad the governor from Arizona vetoed the bill once it got to her desk because she knew she will lose a lot of people if she sign #RFRA. Now you causes the shit storm since Thursday. You don't really cares if you lose a lot of good people like SaleForce, Apple Inc., Angie's List? I bet you are ashamed behind your screen for what you caused. I'm glad the mayor from Indianapolis did the right thing to not send the city funds to the businesses who is with #RFRA. Go you, Mayor Ballard. You did the right thing. Since you won't answer our question and we will continue using #boycottindiana and I suggest you, the readers, to do same thing as well. Let's go and make Mike Pence to clean up the act he is accountable for. 

#boycottindiana was not my creation. It was from someone but I urges you to use that in your Facebook or Twitter to send the loud message to Gov. Pence.
